The day we went to Huntington Beach it was almost 80 degrees. The water was freezing but the kids didn't let it keep them from having a great time. Mckay found all kinds of treasures including a crab claw.
Kennedy's poses kill me and yes folks this picture was taken AFTER some sun exposure, he he. She had so much fun making castles, chasing waves and flying kites.
Not the most attractive picture but it is the only one I ended up in from the entire trip.
What a doll, Mckay was such a trooper on the trip despite having Kennedy as his constant little mother.
The boys built a sand castle with Shane for the over abundance of lady bugs on the beach. We were still finding them in our car on the drive home from California to Utah.
Kennedy is always in heaven when Syd is around, she idolizes that girl and we love her to death.

We love Huntington beach!! We are going to Clearwater beach in a couple of weeks.
