Giggling Girls

We had our first big snow storm today and we really got dumped on. Kennedy was so gitty all day she found many reasons to go outside and touch, watch or eat the snow. She kept looking out the window to make sure the snow was still there and in her cheesy way she would say "oh mom I am just so excited"

Our little Sophie or "chubs"/"Miss Sophie" as we like to call her, is now 7 months old. She is so much fun and doing new things all the time. She randomly clapped today while I was doing the 'ol superman leg lift with Kennedy and we both lost it. Then Kennedy and I were doing Yoga/stretching and while Sophie sat there and watched she seriously copied a few of our moves and we were giggling so hard we couldn't stop. There is just nothing better than my little girls laughs, it just puts a smile on my face. Then Kennedy came up with various tricks that made Sophie laugh so hard it seemed painful.

Kennedy has taken up yodeling, don't really know where it came from or why but it sure is funny. She is also trying to do the voice of Sylvester from the Looney Toones after watching a video we got from the library. She is working on "olly olly oxen free" with a lisp. It has kept me quite entertained.

She picked up this snotty way of talking somewhere along the way (my friend Erin coined it her Melrose Place voice) but I keep telling her to stop and I don't like it when she talks like that. She waves her hands all sassy like and give the crusty rolled eye look and so today when I told her to stop she said "Mom, are you saying I can't talk fancy anymore."

Babies are the greatest. Sophie is so cute and cuddly. It is so great when our children get together and make each other laugh.

That is so cute! I love the pics of them in their jammies. Mady loved the postcard from Kennedy.

I love that video of Sophie! It's the best when they start laughing. I swear, you need to get Kennedy an agent. She could be an actress.
