For starters, I was in charge of super saturday this year and man am I glad that is over! I hope I am never in charge again! One of our crafts was to learn how to put pictures on canvas. It went well, we had a great turn out and it is OVER! Thank goodness.
For my birthday Mike sent the girls and I to California so that we could go to Disneyland. He stayed home and watched Finn. My parents and brother Blake met us there and we had so much fun!
The girls had a great time playing in the water and sand at the beach. It was a little cold to be in swimsuits so they soaked their clothes.
We spent three days in Disneyland and California Adventure. Sophie was absolutely adorable to watch, she was in awe of all the princesses. Kennedy even really got into meeting characters, which surprised me but was super cute!
Lots and lots of princesses. Sophie's picture below basically says it all.
Again, Soph was in awe.
Sophie sat out on quite a few rides. Anything that was dark was scary to her. She did LOVE the Ariel ride and we rode it quite a bit.
Merida was darling!
The girls took their autograph books along everywhere in case we ran into a character (or waited in line for FOREVER to meet them).
My mom brought along the Halloween Costumes that she made for the girls. A vampire for Ken and Jasmine for Sophie, the girls were thrilled.
Parades! I love Disney parades!
Disney jammies.
Riding on the plane with the girls. They were so excited!
We had so many treats in the park and man are they expensive. I probably had 5-6 frozen bananas and Ken and Sophie loved the ice cream, frozen lemonade and cotton candy.
Before we left the girls sent a letter to the princesses and lookie what we got in the mail.
