Our life in Instagram

What's instagram? Well most of you probably know but I will explain (for my mom since she may be the only person that actually reads this thing).  Instagram is an app where pictures are posted for those people you allow to follow you. Similar to facebook but just pictures with a caption and it's a smaller group of people which I have kept to mostly family and close friends.  So with the pictures I take daily I thought I would update what we have been doing.  Kennedy has lived, slept and breathed gymnastics. This is her new leo on picture day.
Mr. Finn is just the cutest thing ever and we are all in love. He is smiley and patient and wonderful.  Even when he smells like sour milk I want to squish the heck out of him and kiss him all day!  The fact that we recently found out that I am pregnant again and that the kids will be 13 months apart when all is said and done is softened somewhat with the fact that Finn is the most enjoyable baby EVER!  (no but seriously 13 months apart...kinda my worst nightmare)
Kennedy worked hard and made it to state and took 6th on vault.  For her first year of competition I thought that was pretty impressive and we were darn proud.

We have tried to keep busy with homework and reading and activities and all kinds of goodies on pinterest. I found some fun salt painting thing on there and some science experiments that turned out to be really fun.
Regionals and State competition were a lot of fun and we are sto thankful for the sweet girls that Kennedy has worked so hard with.
We have spent some time at Windsor Lake which is a lot of fun and has a great little beach. Finn is happy to sit and watch and chew/suck on his fingers while the girls swim and play in the sand.

Kennedy's new gymnastics team begins to compete in September so she is learning all new routines and doing all kinds of fund raisers (which I cannot stand).  This groups' a bit more intense and involved but Ken seems to really like the girls.  They have had a car wash, pancake breakfast  and will be in a parade soon.  Below we had a lovely and delish picnic of Noodles and Company at the park right across the street from our house.
Yup, more gymnastics.  16 hours a week wasn't enough so Kennedy begged us to let her have a private lesson with her coach.

Finn officially LOVES food in all forms and if you have a popsicle or slurpee near him you better share because he is fully aware of how delicious those things are.
Kennedy did a little mutton bustin' at our local county fair. It was pretty darn funny!
My parents were in town for the 4th which was so fun! They go to go the the Greeley Fair with us and see some fireworks, bbq etc.
And last but not least Uncle Mark paid us a visit and had a little handstand contest with Kennedy. It was incredibly entertaining considering Mark is 6 foot 6 and weighs about 240ish.  Very fun!

how cute! my two little sisters are 14 months apart, and while i'm sure my mom did not plan it and went a little crazy when they were little (she says it was like having twins) my sisters are the best of friends now and inseparable. they are so close and always have each other. :) what a cute family!!
