Summer Fun!

This little gal has started her tennis lessons and she is doing pretty good. She seems to like it and has a lot of friends in the class with her. I think her favorite part of tennis is the new tennis outfits. I also have a few friends in the bleachers that I get to talk to during lessons which makes getting there at 8:00 a.m. almost bearable. She starts swimming lessons today and she can't wait!

I also started my tennis lessons and it has been really fun! So far it's just been me and my friend Nicole which has been nice because we get a lot of time with the coach. If I start to wear a sweater over my shoulders please let me know that I've let this tennis thing go to my head =). Sophie started a music class last week and it was pretty much the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. Her teacher is super goofy which is perfect for her age and she was gettin' down with her bad self through all of the songs. She tried to pull the other two year olds off of their moms laps to dance with her but they were a little shy. My girls may be lacking in some areas but personality is definitely not one of them.

We have had some visitors at our house, aside from the adorable family of bunnies that lives in our backyard we also have two bird nests. One nest is right above our front door, we think it is a barn swallow and the other is above our water meter box. Sometimes when we are lucky we can see the little birds poke their heads out of the top.

Our kids continue to entertain us and keep us laughing. At church yesterday Kennedy made some loud obnoxious sound and I told her "that was hardly reverent Kennedy" and she said "well it was funny and isn't that what's really important mom?" I guess we are sending the wrong message at our house, and yes Kennedy that is what's important ;)
