Catchin' Up

Since Mike has been in Kentucky for the last two months for his pediatric rotation I went out to visit him. It is beautiful and so green. We stopped by Churchill Downs, where the Kentucky Derby is held and went to the Louisville Slugger museum.
The huge baseball bat in front of the museum and Mike holding a famous baseball players bat. I can't remember the players name since we are such big baseball fans. He he.

Above is Mike's apartment and below is Mike at a really cute little dive we ate at. Great food, fun atmosphere and a little taste of Kentucky.

Kennedy and her cousin Shelton have been talking swim lessons together while we have been in Utah. It has been so much fun. Ken has done a great job and has been so brave. She had to do away with her goggles though because she said she could only see black and white when she had them on, interesting. They start their next session on Monday.

I was able to get together with all my old college roomies, minus Janelle, while I've been in Utah. It was so much fun to get together and laugh and catch up. They are all so funny and wonderful. I was so lucky to have had them there in college, it was seriously the best time!
These last pictures are of the Kids Club event at Wheeler Farm. We went with Mckay and had a great time. There was face painting, dance performances, reptiles, bounce houses, food, crafts etc. If you are interested in learning more about kids club it is a fun card you can order to save you money on all the things you do with your kids in Utah, the link is below. You can also get on an email list and mailing list to receive savings and notices on activities coming up.
