(beautiful Fort Collins and one of the many bike paths/trails, from the internet..I didn't take this)We headed up to Fort Collins today to see my friend Erin and her kids and to go to the park. While leaving the park I asked Kennedy if she had a fun time and she said, "You know mom, I guess being a kid isn't so bad after all."
Things may be looking up for my belligerent little redhead.

that girl is wayyyyyyy too smart for her own good! I can't believe some of the things she says! I took Ethan for a walk yesterday and my neighbor commented on how great it would be to be a kid again. "How would it be to be pushed around the neighborhood in a stroller with a bag of treats and a no spill cup of juice!" Too bad that we always wanted to be older when we were kids, because now I'd go back to 5 in a heartbeat. Only a 1/2 day of school with my friends, no boy worries yet, no money worries, and no homework! Ah, that would be the life!
