Update on the girls

Kennedy wearing my winter hat. Our first really cold day in Colorado and this hat was the only one that would contain her huge piggy tails.
I can't help but laugh when I look at this picture. Sophie's face is a crack up and we had to strap her in so tight that she looked like she was hooked onto a jump pack ready to hop out of an airplane.
The girls were all bundled and ready for a ride behind mom's new bike.
We finally got the attachment for our bike trailor to hook onto my new bike. We took the girls out for a ride last night and had a great time. We have some fun trails by our house so Mike and I bundled up the girls and went for a ride. It was a lot of fun! I wanted to update a bit of what the girls are up to and into.
Sophie: rolling all over the place. We can't lay her down without her immediately rolling over. She rolls back and forth all day long and jabbers while she is doing it. She also loves to roll her tongue and make funny sounds. She smiles for no reason all day long and still continues to have her tongue out and mouth open. It has become such a problem that her little lips are chapping and cracking. I have attempted to feed her rice cereal and it just sits on her tongue with a confused look on her face. She is giggling a lot and if you cuddle with her and get really close to her face she will jabber in the sweetest, girliest voice. She still gets a little nervous when Kennedy holds her or gets near her for that matter.
Kennedy: has really relaxed this week and says she is "working on her attitude". Lives on her bike. Plays in Sophie's jumperoo and gets stuck in it all the time. Loves to play computer games online. Is obsessed with vocabulary and asks me what everything means. This week her new phrase has been "not neccesarily", this is in response to most things I say. Is planning on getting married but still living with us. Loves to go on daddy daughter dates and enjoyed the movie "Igor" with dada this week. Gets herself dressed in the morning from head to toe and picks out her own outfits which nine times out of ten actually match. Wants something to eat and/or drink every minute of the day...she is confused at the saying "hollow leg" and keeps asking me what it means. Loves to dress up and changes outfits at least 4 times a day.

Spencer and I had a good chuckle at this post. Your girls are seriously adorable. Great pics. :)

I've been a sucker for OT at work this week...hence me dropping off the earth. I'm on my way back and planning on calling you to do something this eek.

What a fun adventure for you and the girls! I can't get over how much Kennedy seems to grow up everyday.

I have to tell you, I get the biggest kick out of reading your blog. It's one of my favorites. And I was thinking the other day that Kennedy would make a terrific main character in a childrens book series. Just a thought. hehe
