30 years old and so far...
Well I am officially thirty years old today and so far this day has been interesting. This morning Sophie woke up at 5:00 only to throw up all the contents of her fat little tummy all over me and the couch. Then when I asked Kennedy to take off her pull up from last night and go put on underwear she apparently peed all over the floor, I walked right into it and said "what in the world is this?" Kennedy replied "it might be pee or whatever". I asked her if she was a puppy dog and she looked a little confused. THEN she made a huge mess with popcorn that she was licking up off the table, then the floor so I asked her if she could keep the house clean for me for my birthday and she said "well ya mom but I will get you a present too, something old of mine that I don't want anymore." I am feelin the love.

Happy Birthday! Well I guess if you're as depressed about turning 30 as I am you can get all of the "fun" over with in one day! I'm sure it will get better. I love your posts they're hillarious!
Oooohhhh celebrating a big birthday with only kids around is a dangerous, dangerous prospect! (I love that she said "...or whatever" about the pee!) If I hadn't worked last night we would be out partying it up right now!! Right? right? Okay, maybe we'd just be out to lunch or something but still...

Why is it that Birthdays seldom turn out to be very good days? But seriously- where does Kennedy come up with what she says?! I wish we lived closer so that we could celebrate! Happy Birthday!!!

Happy Birthday! I hope it was a great day. Your girls are the best. :) I had to laugh at that picture Kennedy drew, right when you got to your comment about not visiting heaven soon. That's what I was thinking. haha. And Pee or whatever. nice. I'm sure it wasn't funny at the time, but the story is great. :)
I feel your pain! I hit the big 30 in a month! I'm not excited. I keep telling my kids we're skipping my birthday this year. Happy late birthday!!
